Controls project costs by checking and approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes, and recommending actions.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications calculating time requirements sequencing project elements.Finalization of construction specifications in coordination with government authorities, beneficiaries' requirements, specifying technical standards and preparing/revising necessary cost estimates.
Supports management in all engineering aspects related to the construction works.Develops project plans by reviewing project proposals in consultation with the management and related staff.To monitor the project expenditure as per the approved budget.To construct Al Amal City as per the approved timelines and signed agreements with the IP.To construct Al Amal City as per the approved designs.Check all payments for contracts related to Alamal City.Supervises the site Engineer, work of the consulting company and the consulting company.The project coordinator will work closely with the QC team in Turkey office and the Engineer at development projects department in Doha and other related departments to ensure quality and timely construction of Al-Amal City in North Syria to alleviate the suffering of the IDPs and enable them to access safe and dignified habitat.
